I do my research on price and after an extensive search, i found this to be the most price effective at a good review rating so decided to give it a shot. Bought, assemebled and using right now. Very well packaged! Went well together. BUT had one arm rest washer with metal burr on the inside so wouldnt assemble. Decided to give the manufacturer a chance to make it right and send a new washer. Very communicative, got the washer in 2 weeks and the chair is fully assemebled. Things happen with parts in manufacturing but if the end result product is good and the manufacturer is willing to send replacement parts quickly then full points from me. This was exactly the case. I will fully recommend this product and the manufcaturer ... Get produxt, great service.. keep it up!
