Took 45 minutes for me to assemble. Looks like this will last for ever. Very well built. Tough and sleek.The desk, when it finally arrived, was easy to assemble and is quite sturdy.The shipping took nearly a month. Three days in I got notice that it was in my town. It sat there for days. I eventually got through to the shipper to ask if I could just pick it up (my town is small) and they said it was actually in another town three hours away. Then they said they would only be coming to my area once every month or two months. They never called or notified me of a scheduled delivery, but I found it on their website. Part of the window we were going to be away from home. I tried to convince them to make it earlier, and they said "well if you aren't home you'll be rescheduled." and the implication was it would be another month or two. The two guys who dropped it off were polite, but I would not purchase a product that had to go through this shipping company ever again.The mechanism is so smooth. I love my new home office.First, the pack missing some screws. I had to use shorter ones from my toolbox. The assemble instruction is poorly written.The desk can not adjust its height after 3 days. I saw E08 in the LCD panel. Something like error code 08? I left seller a message, but could not get a response. I tried to reset it by pressing the M and V (down), and managed to get it work again. Pretty robust desk, but poor/no customer service!My husband now works from home and we needed to find him a large desk to handle all the monitors needed for his job. This desk has worked out perfectly. He enjoys being able to stand for most of the day, then able to sit later when needed. The quality is wonderful. The fact that the desk can be preset to four different heights makes it so easy. I recommend this desk for anyone who enjoys being able to stand while working. I’m thinking of getting one for myself for crafting and other projects.Very good quality, very sturdy, nice looking desk. The customer service is also great. Totally worth the money.Only thing is that there's no pre-drilled hole for the height controller, you'd have to drill your own hole on the table to install it. I guess this is "by design" to give you the freedom to install it anywhere you want. But I actually had to borrow a electric screwdriver to do the job.I have had this desk about a week now and it works like a dream. It is extremely solid and well finished. Assembly was a bit hard solo because of the weight and to flip it at the end absolutely required a second person as stated in instructions. But the steps were easy to follow, with the exception that the desk top comes with separate screws and you need to use those to attach it to the support stand instead of the ones provided with the lift/support structure. Quiet and quick transitions between positions. I needed a smaller desk for the space I have and this one fit my needs perfectly. I was given shipping dates in July and the desk showed up mid-June, about a week after I ordered it.The product was delivered by FedEx and the box was opened on one end so the desk top was damaged on that end. I immediately contacted the seller and they provided fast and excellent customer service to resolve my issue. It’s only been a few days of using this desk and it seems to be working great so far I’m happy with this purchase.Great product. Nice and sturdy. Electric motor works great. The only thing to mention is the top is not solid wood and we got a scratch fairly easy right after using itThe desk is definitely high quality and the motor is very smooth and not too loud. It wasn't too hard to assemble took me about 1h30. I definitely recommand !Excellente qualité de fabrication, facile à monter. Je le recommande!
