I was excited to get this stool for my shop. It worked great, but just for a couple of hours and then it started to sink lower and lower until it was as low as it could go. The company sent me a new piston. It also failed. They sent me another one and it also failed. I would not recommend any of their products. They are cheaply made and despite all the quality control claims, they simply are not true. Better off buying a much less expensive product and taking your chances with getting one that actually works. Make sure you check out their return policies as well. They charge a 50% restocking fee, an additional 25% "damage" fee if the packaging and the product is not 100% intact and up to a %100 fee at their discretion.
