The chair seems to be well made and is comfortable. When assembling the stool , we were short the 6 screws that attached the back. I figured I wouldn't be able to contact the company, when I saw the Company was in China. There was an emailed address on the directions, so I emailed them about the missing screws. 2 hours later my email was answered. I gave them further info about the order they need and a day late the screws were delivered! I was very happy with the service and the stool.
