I always worked out of the home before the pandemic and got by with a cramped, oddly designed desk left by a previous tenant. It was fine for the few hours a week I used it, but after months working from home I decided to make the jump and set up a working office space. I spent a full day sifting through options and hesitated over this because there are few reviews. I've only just started working on it, but I'm glad I picked this.I wanted a lot of space but wasn't sure I was ready to commit to an L desk, since it limited my placement options. However, it fits perfectly in the corner and it's a bonus that the second arm can be taken off and folded up basically no problem.First off, it took less than fifteen minutes to unpack and assemble. I don't mind putting things together, but if you hate assembly projects, don't have any help, or usually need a hand putting together furniture, this is very easy for one non-technical person to do in just a couple of minutes.Both parts are foldable, which I was ambivalent about, but it does make moving it around easier. It snapped open right away and feels totally sturdy, and screwing the second part on was easy. It's spacious, light in color (which is nice for my dark room), and has plenty of leg room. It looks exactly like in the picture. Came well packed and doesn't wobble at all.I saw some comments about it arriving covered in fiber glass, so I had a wet rag handy. I did find a couple of pieces but I probably wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't read ahead, and it was no problem. The corners are pretty sharp but I prefer the look that way and don't have major concerns with placement, or desk-height kids/pets/etc. As shown, it doesn't come with pre-set holes for cords, but I prefer that and it's easy to position just an inch off the wall (doesn't need to lean on anything to feel stable). I didn't need to tighten anything, and the box arrived with a couple small dings but nothing impacting the desk, which was very well packed (in styrofoam).As long as it holds up, I'm psyched! This seems like it will last just fine, it seems like the finish might be the first thing to go (and if that's all, that's fine as long as it takes a while). If easy assembly is a priority, or you move around a lot and a folding desk is good, definitely consider this. It's just as advertised and a perfectly decent desk, per the other reviews! My cats also love it because there's plenty of room and I don't have to shoo them away to keep them from knocking things over. Glad I bought it!Stable, comes preassembled. Just need to connect the smaller table top to create the L. All of two bolts to screw in. Plenty of space for my 27’ monitor and 10’ laptop with stand. Have keyboard and mouse set up. Two speakers as well. Love the desk. Gives me a great work and gaming station. 10/10 would buy againI'm so satisfied with this purchase! I had a lot of trouble looking for an L-shaped desk with a.) the right dimensions for my standing desk converter that was b.) in my price range.Assembly is super easy - it essentially comes pre-assembled in sort of a folding table situation, and you only have to screw in the shorter end to whichever side works for you. And that's it! It's sturdy and suits my office needs perfectly. If you're hesitating, I say go for it!Easy to assemble to a SHOCKING degree i am terrible at putting even the simplest of things together and yet I was able to do this without frustration. Honestly I was worried that it wasn't going to be supportive or solid enough because of how easy it was to assemble...well let's just say I was wrong. This was precisely what I needed and I spent literally months looking at different desks till I finally pulled the trigger on this one and I couldn't be happier! If you are looking for easy assembly. You have found it. I even am using this without the short end right now. Waiting to move in 2 weeks. But set up is so easy. Just unfold the legs. 2 bolts in the tables bring them together and voila you have a great and sturdy new desk. Update I moved and had the whole desk set up in minutes. 2 bolts and it was out together. It is sturdy and strong. It has a desk phone on it. 2 monitors and a 32 inch tv. With lots of room to still work. 5 starsMy delivered L-shaped table came in good in condition. Easy assembly, looks just like the photos. This is a really important CAUTION for your safety: make sure you are wearing socks or slippers when you unbox and put it together, maybe even gloves if you have some. I took about 10 minutes trying to remove very small, thin fiber glass shards off the table tops, and I haven't even gotten the rest off. I'm going to try vacuuming the rest off tomorrow so I don't disturb the neighbors tonight. Have a lamp near the desk, get to eye-level near the surface (but not too close to protect your eyes) to really check for fiber glass, mine were clear and shiny. Can't wait 'til I get this all cleaned up to use this as my at home work desk.This desk is exactly what I needed to work from home. It currently has two 27" monitors, 2 laptops, a mug warmer, and a truck radio on it. With Covid, I needed to bring everything home. The card table just wasn't cutting it. This was packed with tons of Styrofoam. Even though the box arrived with corners dented (thanks, UPS), the desk was not harmed at all. It literally took me longer to unpack it, than to read the instructions and set it up. Legs fold down and 2 screws. Voila! Done!I love it but it came chipped
