I've been using this desk for a couple of weeks now, and it does the job. I had been using a round kitchen table for WFH, but decided that I needed an actual desk. I bought this desk because of price, my home's lack of space for a full size desk, the depth, and the portability. The adjustable feet have been very helpful on uneven flooring. Be careful that you don't accidentally bump the table top up (takes a good bit of force to do it if you have a lot of weight on it). I accidentally did and didn't realize I had knocked one side out of the notch that locks it in. The plastic piece was balanced on the leg that swings out and bent it a good bit. I was impressed that the plastic piece didn't break and the top didn't fall, but now the table is just a little less secure. I might look into tying down the legs with something I can remove for when I need to pack it up for my own peace of mind, but it's held up fine for a couple of weeks since. 1 YEAR EDIT: one of the welded edges of one of the hinges broke at some point a couple of months in. The table is very wobbly when the hinge hangs loose, but I managed to rotate it to the welded position and rest the desktop on it. It's not collapsed yet over the past 10+ months, and I have only knocked the hinge off again by bumping the table maybe 5 times. It's still working for me.It takes some patience to get the legs to lock in and stay there, but they mostly stay put once you get it set and some weight on it. Just make sure you double check that both sides are locked.I can fit a tablet and monitor (both on stands), a file tray, a full size notebook, a keyboard, and a mouse on a mousepad pretty comfortably on the table without much room to spare. I haven't needed to use anything else for extra space, which is nice and a step up from my kitchen table. I could almost do with a little more depth, but it really has been fine. 1 YEAD EDIT: I switched the file tray for a 2nd monitor, so I work off if 3 screens. All 3 are on bases to raise them to my eye level, which takes up a lot of room. It's tight now but still workable. The top is smooth (no fake wood grain), so I would be comfortable writing on a single sheet of paper on top of it. That being said, I haven't tried it, so I can't say whether any impressions would go through to the table. 1 YEAR EDIT: no noticeable indentations on the table top. I have written on a single sheet, and the too is fine and there is only a little bit of the table pattern that comes through in the pen/pencil marks. The table arrived on time and was packaged well. It was pretty easy to remove from the box (you may need some space to slide it out or you can cut it out), and the table top didn't have any big dings or warping. Everything was in pretty good shape. The table is pretty sturdy, so I can type and write in my notebook with 90% unnoticeable wobbling/movement. I've accidentally bumped into it a couple of times, and it's been fine. I currently have about 30 pounds of equipment on it at any given moment. I've rested my head and elbow on it without issue as well. If most of your work is computer-based, I think this desk should be fine for daily use. 1 YEAR EDIT: I'd still recommend this desk. I mean, I use the bar across the back as a foot rest and rest my elbow all the time and one of the hinges is broken. That's pretty good in my book. This was a perfect gift for my daughter’s work space. She does not have a lot of extra room, but is so very easy to fold and unfold when she needs extra work space. I also love that there was no assembly required!!! The only thing is I am not the biggest fan of the Venere on top but it is exactly what you see in the picture, durable, sturdy, and functions perfectly.Love it for work - great desk space when working. I have my monitor, laptop, files on it and there is so much space to work. While you can move it around it is slightly heavy and not the easiest to put together over and over again. So as long as you only need to move it occasionally it’s great.Study, easy to assemble, doesn't take up a lot of space. Works great for what I use it for.Just unfold and work. I bought this for me and bought a different desk for my husband. He set this desk up for him by mistake and fell in love and was disappointed that it was not his desk. I was happy to know that it was actually mine. The quality and color is beautiful and sturdy. This desk fit in a very particular space size I had available. I appreciated that it is collapsible. I was considered it would be rickety, but it's not bad. I can shake it, but not more than some portable desks I've had. I do worry that the plastic clip that holds the top attached to the legs will be a weak point that will break. The edge of the desk is quite "sharp" so it is a bit uncomfortable to my arms and wrists as use the desk; I'm hopefully the plastic trim edge might soften/wear down with use a bit.Very, very happy with this table. I debated for a long time before ordering it but am so glad I finally did. It freed up my dining table. It came fully assembled other than the casters which were very easy to screw on. Beautiful top and sturdy construction. Very easy to fold and unfold. Rolls easily and the casters lock if you don’t want it to roll. I work with two monitors plus my laptop screen so I needed a surface that was big enough for all that plus keyboard, mouse and space left over to take notes and set down a drink etc. This is just the right size for all that. I also wanted a table that folded and rolled. The rolling is important so that I could relocate the set up without having to take everything apart. The folding is important for if we ever are back in the office and I don’t need the table set up any longer. I already have a “computer room” with a big corner desk with my own equipment on it. I needed something flexible for my work equipment while we’ve been asked to work from home. This is just perfect!IMPORTANT NOTE: It is quite heavy so you do have be very careful setting it up and taking it down. Easy to stub a toe or jam a finger if you are not watching what you are doing.Perfect fit for my needs in my RV office space. Easy to switch between bunkhouse to office.
