Damaged box upon arrival from delivery doesn't seem to have affected the package of quality of the desk. Very convoluted complicated confusing directions that took most of a day to sort out building it and making sure that pieces were facing the correct direction. Some pictures were delusional so you couldn't figure out where the parts were to be facing some guides with finger pointing to holes was essential so that way you didn't have to put pieces on multiple times or move them to multiple locations. You should plan this project early in the morning on a day that you have no requirements because it will take most of the day to build.I just finished assembling the desk and I am already enjoying the much needed space that I didn't have before. It feels sturdy everything works well enough, except the LED light remote. For some reason the LED light remote after removing the battery plastic does not recognize the lights. I've unplugged them a couple times thinking that might help, I have also checked the battery just in case it was old. The remote light works, the LEDs don't register it. I'm not sure what to do about that. Though I do like the added light that I am now getting, it'll be a pain when I go to sleep unless I unplug them.Very satisfied with the purchase so far I am loving the desk but just as a fair warning you have to be shure to do every step exactly as it says in the manual otherwise it will not come out right and will be drastically different as I did make a few human errors well putting it together but i did get it all sorted out (put this here as I have seen some people mentioned the placement of the upper shelf) will add photos laterWorks well and has a ton of space, looks super nice.The only thing I really have to complain about is that some of the wholes for the top pieces aren't aligned at all, so it makes putting on the top extremely difficult. It can be put together with 1 person, if you have the patience and time), and it's pretty easy to do solo- like I said only difficulty I had was with the holes not aligning.Overall it looks super nice and has a ton of space and works well where i placed it. I love the lights and that they are changable and that they can be turned off.I (a 65 YO woman) was able to put this desk together with the help of my son.One person would have a hard time assembling.I put the lights in the back instead of the front which a lot of reviewers suggested and they look great when turned on.This is a great looking desk and will serve its purpose.I am not paid nor am I sponsored to leave this review.The desk is very well made, sturdy and looks premium. The shelves on the side was a perfect fit for my gaming PC with the top shelf at the highest setting. L-Shaped desks are normally wobbly anyways but this desk is solid. I would recommend having 2 people to put this together as it would speed up the process. It’s doable with 1, but takes a significantly longer time.The desk has plenty of room for just about anything you would want. The only problem I had with the desk is 2 holes (of 16) didn’t line up to fasten the top to the frame. But with where they were positioned, it shouldn’t be a problem.As stated in another review, be sure to place the LED’s on the back of the top shelf to give the best aesthetics.Despite the 2 misaligned screw holes, this desk is worthy of 5 stars and is definitely recommended.Great desk for the price. Pay attention to the orientation of pieces when assembling and it fits perfectly. It’s easy to mix up the top level pieces 1 &3, if it doesn’t line up switch them and it will fit.10/10 there were 2 problems the USB ports the supports that held it were broken but was able to fix it. And the packaging was a little messed up which isn't really the sellers fault just shipping and handling but besides that my husband loves it. And now he has enough space to set up his consoles and eventually another monitor. Super easy to put together definitely needs 2 people for some things.I saw the pictures and the reviews, I was impressed with how pretty it was, as well as the USB/Outlet additives, and the LED strips. I felt very confident about this purchase… at first.When I got it earlier today (September 18th, 2022), I was so excited and immediately began setting it up. The instructions were thorough and clear, I had no issues with them. What I had issues with, is that it seemed my desk had inconsistent hole placements.I set up the first part of the desk which was fine, flawless even— it wasn’t until I began putting together the upper shelf on the top of the desk that I ran into issues. The holes didn’t add up to screw it in, so I disassembled the shelf and switched around some pieces, thinking maybe I got confused on a step? No. I am quite OCD and I follow instructions VERY clearly. The specific numbered pieces went exactly where the manual told me, and still the screws and their respective holes STILL did not add up.Maybe I got a dud, since no one else held a review or had any problems like mine. But now I’m left with this beautiful yet faulty desk, and with my OCD it is already driving me crazy. I have half a mind to send the desk back and request a refund, but at this point it’s more of a hassle to disassemble the desk and ship it back for the refund.Very disappointed with this desk.I am not sure what other reviewers are talking about when it comes to misaligned holes. If you follow the instructions, it assembles perfectly. Now, if you don't follow the instructions, and put the 2nd tier stands on the wrong sides, then the holes don't line up. The two sides look identical, but ARE NOT, so I am confident that the user just didn't do it right and blamed the product.This desk is awesome, and you can't beat the price. I actually may order another identical one to attach to this one and make one really large desk.Easy to put together...the instructions are well written. All the holes lined up. The LED lights come with a remote and there's great settings and colours. I lined them up towards the back of the shelf, like I had read in some reviews, and it turned out really nice.Cool desk. Take your time and follow the instructions and it's no problem to put together. I like the lights and the attached usb and ac outlets...very useful!READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONSThat will help you 100%. This desk is good looking, sturdy and just what we were looking for. The price can’t be beat for the product.
