This was easy to assemble and is incredibly sturdy. I am very impressed with how easy it was to assemble.The motor isn't too impressive, but it adjusts the height quick enough.I fit a custom desktop to this base. It was easy to line up so I could drill holes for mounting. It's very well designed.The only con is that the black finish on it is weak. As I was moving my fully assembled desk, it lightly bumped wooden end table, which resulted in 2 noticable scuff marks.I'm not complaining for the price. If it had a durable powder coat finish, it would be incredible.If I had time to do this again, I'd apply a coat of primer and paint it a matte or satin finish.Highly recommend!
